What’s New This Week

✿

A plain-language summary of the updates made to your website this week, prepared for Adrienne. Nothing here requires any action — these changes are already live.

  1. 1

One Social Section — “Follow the Tea”

Instagram and Facebook used to be two separate sections. They’re now combined into a single elegant “Follow the Tea” area with one photo gallery and two simple buttons — Follow on Instagram and Follow on Facebook. Cleaner, less repetition, same beautiful photos.

  2. 2

Guest Capacity Clarified — “Up to 25 People”

Every celebration card (Private Events, Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Corporate Gatherings, Baby Showers, and Special Celebrations) now clearly states “Up to 25 people” so guests know your service size at a glance.

  3. 3

Inbox & Reputation Protection — Email Verification

When someone submits a booking request, they now receive a “Confirm Your Email” message first. Your branded booking confirmation is only sent after they click to verify — this protects your business email reputation and keeps your messages from landing in spam.

  4. 4

Spam & Bot Protection on the Booking Form

A hidden bot trap and automatic rate limits were added to the inquiry form. Real guests won’t notice a thing, but automated spam can no longer flood your inbox or fill your customer list with junk.

  5. 5

Extra Quiet Protection for Your Website

We added a few behind-the-scenes safeguards that quietly keep your website healthy — so junk messages and unwanted automated traffic stay out of your inbox. You won’t notice anything different; it simply means less cleanup for you.
